Masahiko Morioka is Deputy President of OKI Data Corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.He is responsible for formulating managerial policies as well as implementing an integrated global strategy for sales and marketing across 120 regions.
Morioka also serves as Executive Officer at OKI Electric Industry, OKI Data Corporation’s parent company. Prior to joining OKI Data in April 2009, Morioka served as General Manager, Sales Division at OKI Electric Industry where he had executive control over all sales and marketing within the OKI Group.
Terry Laidlaw is Managing Director of OKI Europe Ltd. In his current position, he is responsible for the vision and strategy of the printer business within the EMEA region. His primary focus is leading the profitable growth of the company as it transitions to a services led organisation, through its managed print services offering for the SMB market.
Laidlaw, who has over 40 years’ experience in the office automation and IT industry, joined OKI in 1992 as General Manager Central and Eastern Europe, to establish a market presence for OKI in the former Eastern European region. Laidlaw has since successfully built a strong business across Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East , opening seven representative offices, five of which became Limited Liability Companies, with Russia being the most recent.
As director of IDC's European Imaging Hardware Devices and Document Solutions team, Arnaud Gagneux is responsible for research strategy and output, and deliverable quality and timeliness. His core focus is on supporting customers and their business through standard research and consulting engagements. Gagneux is often requested as a speaker at vendor and industry events based on his extensive experience and expertise in the IHD and document solutions market. He is often quoted in the trade press in the U.K. and Europe.
Before joining IDC, Gagneux worked for various market research companies such as Context and IFR/GfK. Gagneux has been researching the IT market since 1993, with a special focus on the imaging and consumables market and their related distribution channels.
